I made my husband a pair of socks that he will wear. This is the yarn I dyed one day at a class I took at Black Locust Farms. I wasn't thrilled with the way the colors turned out but he seemed to like it.
My husband has big feet size 13 shoe. Making him socks seem to take FOREVER because he likes the leg to be about 9" long. So when making him socks I not only need a lot of yarn but I also need to keep my mind busy because it can get really BORING! I like the way these turned out I used a Pattern from Sensational Knitted Socks by Charlene Schurch, I really like her patterns.
